Hello strong toned thighs! This one is a bit of a heart starter and quad burner. Lots of squats in varied positions to target the quads, hammies, inner thighs and backside. The class is a circuit style sequence which we will guide you through. No props required - although a wall will be needed for a few wall squats! Pregnancy friendly - take low impact options when advised. Let's go!
