27minutes dedicated to the obliques (side abs/waist) and inner thighs! It's so important that we create balance throughout the body when building strength, hence we ensure we target ALL areas of the body in our workouts.
This class is suitable for all bodies, preggies included. Grab a soft pilates ball or fat cushion if you have one as a prop although you can make do without.
This is one of our faves, nothing like that inner thigh sizzle...enjoy!
