This class is great for those with a Swiss ball at home and is suitable for all bodies - pregnancy modifications provided. You can expect a full body workout combining traditional pilates and strength based exercises. Adding a Swiss ball into the mix adds an element of instability to exercises encouraging increased core recruitment and a balance challenge. As always a giggle along the way is encouraged, if you lose the ball, no biggie! See you on the mat.
